Need a hand at the valet stand?

Answers to the questions we get most. Still stuck? Email hello@sweetsuitesgame.com.

Purchases

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the game, go to Settings or the Shop, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you bought with.

Restore brings back Remove Ads, which is yours for good. Coins, bundles, the piggy bank, ad-skip tickets and the Valet Pass are consumable: they are added to your game once and used up as you play, so Apple's Restore cannot bring them back.

I paid, but my item didn't arrive.
  1. Make sure you are connected to the internet, then close the game completely and open it again. If Apple confirmed the payment but the game hadn't finished delivering it, it is delivered when the game starts.
  2. For Remove Ads, tap Restore Purchases in Settings.
  3. Still missing? Email us with the date, the item name and the order ID from Apple's receipt email. For a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple handles all payments, so only Apple can refund.
How do I stop purchases on my child's device?

Use Screen Time on the iPhone: in Settings › Screen Time › Content & Privacy Restrictions, set In-app Purchases to Don't Allow. With Family Sharing you can also turn on Ask to Buy.

Ads

When do ads appear?

The game is free because it shows ads, but we keep them out of your way:

  • Never during a level. Ads never interrupt a puzzle, a tutorial or the “So close!” screen.
  • Not in your first levels. Interstitial ads (the full-screen ones between levels) start only after level 12, and then at most once every couple of minutes and every few levels.
  • Banners only appear on the hotel screen.
  • Rewarded ads are always your choice: watch one to continue a level, refill a life, double your coins after a win, or get extra daily spins or free boosters.
What does Remove Ads do?

Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that permanently turns off interstitial and banner ads. It can be restored on any device with the same Apple Account.

Rewarded ads are still there as an option, because they give you something (an extra life, a continue, double coins). You never have to watch one. If you would rather skip them too, see ad-skip tickets below.

Good to know: if you make any purchase in the game, interstitial and banner ads switch off as well, even without Remove Ads.

What are ad-skip tickets?

An ad-skip ticket lets you skip a rewarded ad and still get its reward. They come in a pack of 10. When you tap a rewarded option (for example “Continue” or “Refill a life”) and you have tickets, you can spend a ticket instead of watching the ad.

Tickets are consumable: each one is used once, and they are not restored by Restore Purchases.

I saw an ad that seemed inappropriate.

Ads in the game are set to general-audience content, but they come from third-party networks and occasionally one slips through. Please email us a description or screenshot, the time you saw it and, if you can, the advertiser's name, and we will report and block it.

What is the “Allow tracking” prompt?

After you have played a few levels, iOS may ask whether the game can track you. If you allow it, our ad partners can use your device's advertising identifier to show more relevant ads. If you don't, you see the same number of ads and the game works exactly the same. You can change your mind in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. More in our privacy policy.

Playing

How do lives work?

You have up to 5 lives. You lose one when a level ends in a loss and you decline the continue offer. Winning never costs a life.

One life comes back every 30 minutes, even while the game is closed and even offline. When you run out you can wait, refill with coins, watch a rewarded ad for a life, or use unlimited-lives time from a bundle or reward.

What happens when I fail a level?

You lose when your paint tray fills up, or when you run out of moves or time. You'll then get one continue offer: +2 tray slots and +10 moves, for coins or a rewarded ad. Decline it and you lose a life and can try the level again.

I'm colour-blind. Can I play?

Yes. Every vehicle colour has its own roof symbol (heart, circle, star, leaf, moon, triangle, diamond, drop or square), and the same symbol is on the matching gate and in the picture. You never need to tell two colours apart by hue alone.

Do I need an internet connection?

No. The whole game plays offline. You need a connection only for ads, purchases, Restore Purchases and Game Center.

Can I turn off sounds, haptics or motion?

Yes. Settings has separate switches for sound, music, haptics and Reduce Motion. The game also follows your iPhone's text size outside the puzzle board.

Your progress

I lost my progress. Can you get it back?

We're sorry, but we can't. There is no account and no cloud save: your progress lives only on your iPhone, and we never receive a copy. That keeps your data private, but it also means there is nothing on our side to restore.

What can help:

  • Restore from a backup. If your iPhone was backed up to iCloud or a computer while the game was installed, restoring that backup usually brings the game's save back with it.
  • Moving to a new iPhone? Use Apple's Quick Start or restore from a backup, rather than setting the new phone up from scratch, so app data comes across.
  • Remove Ads can always be brought back with Restore Purchases.
  • Game Center achievements and leaderboard scores are kept by Apple with your Game Center account.

Deleting the game deletes your save, so please don't delete it to “fix” a problem. Email us first.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the game from your iPhone; that erases the save. To stop ad tracking, turn off tracking for the game in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. For data held by our ad partners, see our privacy policy or email us and we'll help.

Contact us

Email hello@sweetsuitesgame.com. It helps if you include:

  • your iPhone model and iOS version;
  • the level number and what happened;
  • a screenshot or screen recording, if you have one;
  • for purchases, the order ID from Apple's receipt email.

Please never send us your Apple Account password or payment details. We will never ask for them.
