1. Agreement
These terms are between you and ELAQ Limited (“we”, “us”), which makes Sweet Suites: Valet Jam (“the game”). By downloading or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game and delete it.
The game is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“the EULA”). These terms add to the EULA; where they conflict, the EULA governs your licence to use the game. How we handle data is explained in our privacy policy.
2. Who can play
The game is for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age at which you can agree to terms where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and is responsible for purchases made on your device. Parents can restrict in-app purchases with Screen Time and Ask to Buy.
3. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, as allowed by the EULA and Apple's usage rules.
4. Coins and other virtual items
The game has virtual currency and items, including coins, stars, boosters, lives, unlimited-lives time, ad-skip tickets, piggy bank coins and Valet Pass rewards (“virtual items”). Some you earn by playing, and some you can buy.
- Virtual items are a limited licence to use a feature inside the game. You do not own them.
- Virtual items have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or services, or for anything outside the game, and we will never buy them back.
- Virtual items cannot be sold, traded, gifted or transferred to anyone else or to another account or device, except that Remove Ads can be restored to devices using the same Apple Account (see section 5).
- Virtual items you buy are non-refundable, except where Apple's refund policy or the law where you live requires otherwise (see section 6).
- Virtual items are used up when you spend them, and consumable purchases are added to your save when Apple confirms the payment. They are not restored if your save is lost (see section 9).
- We may change how virtual items work in the game, for example costs, rewards or prices, as part of balancing the game. We will not take away virtual items you have already bought, except to correct a clear error or abuse of the game.
Every paid item shows what it contains before you buy it. Nothing you can buy gives a random reward, and the daily spin cannot be bought.
5. In-app purchases through Apple
All purchases are made through Apple's App Store using your Apple Account, and are governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions as well as these terms. Apple processes the payment, and the App Store shows the price in your local currency, including any taxes, before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm.
- Coins, bundles, the piggy bank and ad-skip tickets are consumable: they are delivered once and used up in play.
- The Valet Pass is a one-time purchase for a single season. It does not renew automatically and is not a subscription.
- Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It permanently turns off interstitial and banner ads in the game on devices using your Apple Account. It does not remove rewarded ads, which are always optional, and it does not include other items. You can bring it back on a new or reset device with Restore Purchases in the game's Settings or Shop.
If something you paid for does not arrive, see our support page or email us.
6. Refunds
Because Apple processes all payments, Apple handles refund requests; we cannot issue refunds ourselves. To ask for one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account. If Apple refunds a purchase, the matching virtual items may be removed from your save. Nothing in these terms takes away any right to a refund or remedy that you have under the consumer law where you live.
7. An ad-supported game
The game is free because it shows ads, including interstitial ads between levels, banner ads on the hotel screen and optional rewarded ads. By playing, you accept that ads are part of the service. Ads are served by AppLovin MAX and its partners, as described in our privacy policy.
- Ads are made and owned by third-party advertisers. We do not endorse the products or services in ads and are not responsible for the content of advertisers' websites, apps or offers.
- A rewarded ad gives its reward only when the ad has played to the end. If an ad fails to load or is closed early, the reward may not be given. An ad-skip ticket grants the reward without the ad.
- We may change how often and where ads appear.
8. Events, bots and Game Center
Some events, such as Rush Race, pit you against computer-controlled opponents. They are labelled as bots and are not real people. Event rewards are virtual items under section 4. The weekly tournament and leaderboards may use Apple's Game Center, which is provided by Apple under Apple's terms. Events have no cash prizes.
9. Your save
The game has no account and no cloud save. Your progress and virtual items are stored only on your device. If you delete the game, reset your device, or lose it without a backup, your progress and virtual items (other than Remove Ads, which can be restored) are lost and we cannot recover them, because we never hold a copy.
10. Fair use
Please do not:
- cheat, or use bugs, modified clients, scripts or tools to get virtual items or an advantage, including changing your device's clock to speed up timers;
- copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell or redistribute the game, except as the law allows;
- interfere with ads, purchases or the game's normal operation;
- use the game's name, artwork or levels in a way that suggests we endorse you.
11. Changes and availability
We may update the game, add or remove levels, features and events, and future versions may need a newer iOS. The game is provided as it is and as available; we do not promise it will always be error-free or available. We will not remove Remove Ads, or anything else you paid for, without offering a fair remedy where the law requires one.
12. Ownership
The game, including its code, levels, artwork, sounds, characters, the name “Sweet Suites” and its logo, belongs to ELAQ Limited or its licensors. Apart from the licence in section 3, these terms give you no rights in it.
13. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of virtual items or progress, arising from your use of the game, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
14. Ending these terms
You can stop using the game at any time by deleting it. If you seriously break these terms, for example by cheating to obtain paid items, we may end your licence. Sections 4, 6, 12 and 13 continue to apply after these terms end.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and if a change is significant we will tell you in the game. If you keep playing after an update, the revised terms apply.
